Contributions from individuals like you to our Annual Fund help us care for our priceless collections and archives as well as keep your favorite exhibits in top-notch condition and maintain our beloved National Historic Landmark building, the only remaining permanent building from the 1901 Pan-American Exposition. By contributing to the Annual Fund, you also support educational programs for students and teachers inside the museum as well as in their classrooms.

The Historical Society provides engaging experiences for people of all ages. We bring history to life and provide that moment of revelation when you see something in a new and different light.
Your gift to the Annual Fund insures that the gift of history is passed on to all our children and grandchildren.
Public funding, admission fees, and retail sales account for roughly half of our operating income in 2003. To make up the other half, we rely on generous gifts from our friends – individuals, corporations, and foundations.
The Historical Society is more than just an attic for aging memorabilia. It’s a wonderful place for families and people of all ages to spend time learning about their heritage together. Membership in the distinguished History Makers Society offers individuals the chance to see tangible results from their support. History Makers Society members ensure the development of engaging exhibits and the continued success of the Historical Society’s unique programs for school children and adults.
